A combination of hits and misses

The staff was helpful! Early check-in made my arrival smooth, while the breakfast options were delicious and filling.

Noise from passing trains disturbed my sleep, and the room showed signs of wear that were hard to overlook.

It has incredibly nice, accommodating staff.

The location of this hotel just off resturant as well as train / tram station was marvellous. It also was near Eurostar terminal in Brussels. It was as expected, had a decent stay for weekend...

Good breakfast with both hot and cold options.

I faced confusion regarding my deposit payment during check-in, which caused unnecessary delays. The air conditioning unit in my room malfunctioned and made the environment uncomfortable. The overall noise from the nearby train station made it hard to unwind and get a good night's sleep.

A nice size room with a brand new bathroom and a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. Good and decent coffee, croissants, toast, eggs, and bacon in the morning.

it's a charming small very good budget hotel with convenient and the best location in sint-gillis / saint-gilles district just next door to close to the main train station, shops, restaurants and train station and transport connections. thank you for a very good stay.

The hotel location is fantastic. Just a short walk from Brussels Midi station, it made train travel super easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, a welcome retreat after a day out. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the fresh pastries and hot items. The staff members were approachable and helpful. Noise levels from trains were quite noticeable, affecting the overall comfort at times. The bathroom cleanliness could definitely use some attention as well. There were some areas that seemed neglected. Despite these issues, the value for money was good.

Practically furnished room. The bed was very comfortable, the room actually very quiet, if there was not a building site in the neighboured building. German TV was not available. The breakfast was sufficiently varied.

Cleanliness of switches, shower curtain could be replaced.

Very good, central location. Our room faced the back and was pleasantly quiet.

Location was super convenient, just a short walk to the train station. The breakfast package was a great bonus, especially for traveling with my senior parents. Our Superior Triple Room was comfortable and served its purpose well. Friendly staff made check-in easy.

Curtains and bed linen were not really clean. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

Very solid hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast at reasonable price, friendly staff. Excellent price/performance ratio in summer during the week. Great location directly at the station. Definitely a recommendation!

Just little things, really: Only 1 elevator - there are sometimes waiting times. There is no minibar and the hotel bar was closed in the evening - I suppose because there was not much going on. And out front it was a bit loud from the station (train noise) and from the fairground.

Everything was great, including satisfactory breakfast with freshly prepared food. The personnel were happy to help with our requests.
